Nihat Ceylan is an expert Certified Public Accountant and Independent Auditor with extensive experience in the fields of financial auditing, tax management and financial consultancy.

Education

Ankara University Faculty of Political Sciences – BA (1994)

Professional Experience Tax Audit and Public Experience: He started his career as a Tax Auditor (Tax Inspector) at the Ministry of Finance in 1996. He served as the Head of Adana Tax Auditors and Audit Coordination Manager until 2007.

Audit and Management in the Private Sector: In 2007, he moved to Sunar Group of Companies as Audit Director and established the internal audit unit and managed its operation. He served as Audit Director and Deputy General Manager together between 2014-2015.

Certified Public Accountant and Independent Audit

He has been working as a Certified Public Accountant since 2015. He holds a Capital Markets Independent Auditor License, a Capital Markets Corporate Governance Rating License and a Capital Markets Activities Level 3 License.
